"I would like to see you come undone.

When you're laughing so hard
that your eyes crinkle at the corners
and your hand comes up to cover your mouth,
like you're trying to conceal a secret.

When you are overcome with a sadness so deep
that your shoulders drop
and all the weight leaves your body;
you seem so fragile in those moments.

When the late hours of the night
slowly creep into your words
and all you reveal all the fears that
you've had so long, but couldn't express
until you are drunken with sleepiness.

When you love so passionately
that I can feel it in every fiber of my being-
there is nothing you do better.

These are the times I've loved you the most."

Rules For Living

- Dalai Lama

Ladies,

Just a little something that's been on my mind...
I see women too many times a day having an enormous lack of self-respect and it saddens my heart to see and witness. Us, as women, are the rock of the world. We are stronger than anything and anyone, yet, it's up to you to decide how you are treated. I see girls dressing with barley anything on, posting revealing pictures on the web, letting guys call them degrading and disrespectful names and so on and so forth...
This is not okay, that will never be okay, and the fact that some of you are allowing this behavior is beyond me. I'm not trying to preach to the choir, I just hate seeing girls allow others to break them down. Love yourself. Know that you always deserve the best. Dream big. You can be your own worst enemy. When you allow others to tear you down, you are only hurting yourself and once you're down it's a long way back up. I say this because whoever you may be, we as women should stand strong, together. Have confidence in who you are. You're all beautiful in your own unique special way. Never let anyone tell you any different. Nothing is worse than a girl without confidence. It's the best accessory a girl can have. Always remember that.

"You teach people how to treat you by what you allow, what you stop, and what you reinforce"
